Can I add the NAV system to my 07 Tahoe that doesnt currently have it?

I dont know if I have Bose or not. I just got the car less than a week ago and there is stickers or labels anywhere how else would I know?

Do you have the front pillar speakers that say "Bose" ?
if no then you don't have it...
You can also check your RPO codes in the glove box for the following items..

UQ3 Audio system feature, 8-speaker system
UQA Audio system feature, Bose premium 9-speaker system

Bose / non bose is irrelivent, it can all be taken care of during the programming of the unit by a dealer.

You can but after it is installed you would need to go to the dealer to have the trucks BCM programed for it. You have to hope the guy at the dealer knows how to do it. It may actually be less expensive to put an aftermarket double din radio in that is equipped with nav. Aftermarket may actually be better quality.
