Does anyone know of a center console organizer for the 2007 tahoe?
I mean don't get me wrong I love all the space in the console between the front seats but....
An organizer with a change holder or if it could hold a few cd's that would be great!

Pretty much. I stack the big stuff vertically on the driver's side and use my phone charger plug to hold my registration and a CD vertically.

Have you considered getting a piece of thin (~1/8") wood panel at Home Depot and making your own? I've thought about it but just haven't had the time to try it. You could even spray it with black flocking to make it look OEM.

 

i just found another place to charge my cell phone inside my center console!!!!!

 

They offer this in the GM parts store. How and where would it fit is the question...

 

I believe that fits in the same cavity as the cupholders in front of the console if you don't have the woodgrain with the hideaway door.

I am just a little surprised that there isn't a little organizer in the center console and we are just left with wide open space.
It makes it a little more difficult. Am I the only one that feels this way?

 

I would think that it sits in the center console, not where the cup holders are. It would be awkward to have CD storage right where the cup holders are, the CDs would stick out too far.

 

That unit is DEFINITELY for the center console not the storage area. It fits but would be awkward in there. Iwould thin k that you would have to move the cupholders to the front postiion and put this toward the back.

We all agree. There hae been similar threads before but no solutions.

Go to your local Target store , in the craft section is an item called the "craft tote" it has a lot of pockets, it's black , item # 00706 costs $14.99. I cut the handles off ( you'll see what I mean when you get it) and it fits perfectly !! a drop of room on all sides for maps, instruction manuals , but the pockets are great , sunglass clip ons, phone charger cord, bluetooth headset , etc ..... it is fabulous .it:s 9 in. W x 8 in. D x 9 in. H.
trust me it will be worth the trip.
