Chevy Lift Kit Problem

Exclamation Chevy Lift Kit Problem

I have a 97 tahoe with a three inch lift and my breaks go out when I make sharp left or right turn what do i need too do to fix that does anyone have any ideas i bought the truck that way and the steering block hits the a-arms but i have a bracket thats on top of the a arms that pushing against the caliper whenever i turn sharp but what im wondering do i need too cut that piece off so it doesnt hit the caliper or do i need too get new a arms cause the guy i bought it from grinded on the a arms from it looks like where the steering block is supposed to hit but i m assuming so it can turn sharper but the piece on topp is hitting the caliper first and not letting the block hit does anyone have any ideas how too fix it
