Classic ‘95 Tahoe…

•the left turn signal doesn’t flash in the front, back nor does it have a blinking sound.

•The right flashes and makes the blinking sound quickly.

Anybody have idea or suggestions besides a bulb change? I’ve tried that twice

I'd test the turn signal switch.
