Default Cleaning up the inside.

Finally got time to pull out all the seats, and it's currently at the auto detailing shop getting the carpets cleaned. Spilled coffee, sugar packets, toys, food, candy, beer tops, trash, and all kinds of other stuff. Who ever owned this before me was NASTY!!

There was molded coffee in the rear cup holder above where the jack is located. Truck was pretty stinky as well. Hoping that it comes back super clean. I'll post after pics later.

wow good luck that is pretty bad, you should have just taken that carpet to the self serve car wash and power washed it. That works way better than a steam cleaner that the shops use.

Well, here's the after shots. It's still drying. Total cost....$25. Local detail shop, and have the receipt to prove it. Everyone else quoted me $60

I only told them the floor carpet, that's why the door carpets are still dirty. I can take care of them (although I should have let them do it while they were in there.)(oh well)

Did you pop out the Dr. seat when you got there?

Find any money?

I didn't pop out the Dr. seat. I should have, but wasn't thinking about it. I may get him to do it if I take it back and let him detail the outside.

Found 2 cheap MP3 players, lots of change that sucked into the shop vac but they were all covered with nasty coffee. Found the second bolt that holds the rear seatbelts to the 3rd row seats, so I don't have to go buy one of those now.

It's nice to actually see some progress. I'm starting to actually LIKE this truck. The rest is just little things here and there, but with a little time and patience, it should turn out pretty clean.
