Clunk/Thump on Startup

Clunk/Thump on Startup
Hi All!
New issue started showing up the last few weeks. If my 07 Tahoe sits for a few days the next time I start her up there's a loud thump/clunk/slam type of sound. Starts up fine and once RPMs settle then she goes into gear fine.
Anything I should be worrying about? She's got about 226k miles on the original transmission. Was thinking possibly motor mount? No other times does this happen. Just at startup.
