Default Color Coded Vent Visors

Hey guys, I had posted this a while back and didn't get an answer, so here I go again...

Anyone have a picture (close-Up) of the OEM vent visor on there truck?

Anyone know if the visor is held in place with the 3M tape or do the visors lock into the channel of the window?

OK, I think I would like it to stick to the paint as I think it would be easier to remove without messing anything up.

Let me ask you, if you were to remove the visor and throw it away, would it leave any trace on the paint or the plastic?

There are no worries about removing them when you decide to do so. I have an '01 Tahoe and have had vent visors on since day 1. During these years I have had a couple break and have had to replace. Each time the 3M tape peels nicely from the paint and there is no residue left to scrub off. I have always been impressed with the ease of application, and removal. They're a nice feature to have, especially when its raining 'cause you can crack the window and not have the water run in from off the windshield

no as long as u heat it up when removing and then use an adhesive remover like goo-gone to take off the excess adhesive u should be ok.
