I just e-mailed a wheel and tire store about Strada Pistola 24" wheels which I think the offset is 17mm. He just replied back that he modifies a set of wheels that have not been drilled to get the offset to 30 and will work fine formy vehicle. What is he talking about?

Are they modular wheels? That is, is the center web and the rim separate pieces?

Basically he is going to shave the back of the rim, the hub part of the rim so the offset gets down to +30. It isnt the best idea, however it will work since we arent talking abouta drastic difference. It can weakena wheel if you start to drill to grind to much off. However going from a +17 to +30 isnta huge deal. It is only 13mm. You should be fine. If I were you I would go with a set that is factory +30.

+35 would be in more if you had the stock width rims. How wide are your rims?

Here are a few wheels widths in case anyone wants the info.

The stock 17s are 7.5w
The stock 20's are 8.5w

Most 22s are 9.5, and most 24's are 10. However there are 24's that are also 9.5.
