Default Dash lights not working

Hi all.. I have a 2003 Tahoe. None of the lights that backlight the cluster, or LED's on the dashboard (like the 4WD/2WD indicator), and the lights behind the AC controls are working. Hopefully, this is just a fuse. The dome lights seem to be working fine. Anyone know where I can obtain fuse locations for a 03?

The fuse function/locations are in the owner's manual and also there is a decal on the backside of the access doors of both the under-dash and under-hood fuse blocks with what circuit each fuse protects.

OK, I got a printout of all of the fuses from the dealership. There are none that describe what is happening to my truck. Has anyone ever seen this?

Check the TBC 2A fuse that is located in the left IP fuseblock.
