Hi all. I have an '03 Tahoe with a tan colored interior. There is an 1/2" x 2" area just behind the passenger side dash handle where paint has worn off and shows black. I stopped by Advanced Auto and they had only one tan color Duplicolor vinyl spray that was not a good color match.

Anyone identified a reasonably close color match in vinyl (or regular i suppose) paint in a store or online?

I was planning to just mask it off and hit with a couple shots to cover it up. I guess it does not have to be exact color match. The plastic itself has the texture in it.

Welcome to the Tahoe forum. Might try either a auto body paint supply shop or auto uphostry shop.

 

Found this SEMS paint on ebay which appears to be a OEM match for the "Shale" color on the dash top which is darker than the "neutral" leather and lower panel color.
