Had same issue but it reset the mileage and engine hours back to 0. Had 18k on the miles and over 500 engine hours. I guess I have a 07 that is now "New"?

wow... I always buy new but knowing that is going to put some serious Hummmm... into any recommendation of buying used...
That had to be a fluke, being able to reset the odo has to be a big no no...

In Regards to "#06-06-03-013C: Intermittent Low Battery Voltage, Engine Will Not Crank, Engine Cranks But Will Not Start, Charging System Light On, Service Battery Charging System Message Displayed, DTC B1516 Set (Reprogram BCM)" Does the BCM, ACTUALLY DRAIN the battery down, or does it THINK it's drained and not attemp to crank ? Last night again after 24 hours of not using the truck, it started fine, drove for a few blocks , went to a party, came out 2 hours later the lights would not flash when I opened the truck with the remote , interior lights came on, but would not start, on second attempt it started fine ?? I had a fight with my dealer a few months ago and am still waiting for an apology, to take it to the next closest dealership would mean a whole day of work lost.I was going to add a second battery with the painless kit , but if the BCM just THINKS it's a drained battery I don't know if a second battery going to make a difference .If it actually drains the battery , then the second battery would help as it would be on a heavy duty relay and only connected during ignition s.THANKS
