Default Deciding which tahoe to buy

Hi I'm looking for a used tahoe right now. I'm looking at anything newer than 2009. My real question is which trim to buy... I think the ltz package looks great but it costs so much more. Is it worth it or should I go for the lt or ls. I'm just looking for input from people who own or have experience with these SUVs. Any help is appreciated

Depends on what features you want. I have had both. The autoride feature really makes a difference in the ride quality. Navigation from the factory is nice too. Factory DVD is nice if you have kids but not essential. I don't like all of the chrome stuff.

We just bought an LTZ Suburban and LOVE it. It has every option but the power folding steps and it's freaking awesome. Can't go wrong with an LTZ, if you don't mind the price.

We definitely appreciate your feedback, 09LTZBurb! It's wonderful hearing that you love your new Suburban. If you'd like a full copy of your vehicle build sheet, we'd be happy to send one over to you. Just PM us the VIN.

i'd like a copy of my build sheet please 07 LTZ. pm sent. We love ours too. But as with any high mileage vehicle have had some minor issues. I've put in just over $1000 in parts, all done myself. as i don't trust mechanics-no offense to any who read this...but as blue interceptor said. the ride quality is very good for a truck. after all it's the same as the cadillac. but maintenance wise be prepared for a hefty bill for suspension parts. and i also have a vibration through the body after 65 mph that i can't figure for the life of me. but i will eventually get it! i read a few people had theirs in for the same vibration issue but still haven't figured theirs out either, so look for that when you test drive. but all in all it's a great vehicle! If you have kids definitely get an ltz with entertainment if you don't mind the price. nav is not necessary but we do have it. and we also have the rear buckets but wished we had a bench sometimes for an extra body. but i like the bucket look. and don't be afraid to haggle. most of the pre owned sit on the lots for a while because, lets face it...they don't get 30 mpg. more like 13-17 if your lucky. but good look with whatever you choose.
