Default Door lock problem

Hi, new to the forums, I have a 1992 blazer and posted here since it has more activity than the blazer forum, are the tahoe/blazer almost the same?

My problem is the power door locks dont work anymore. There is no sound or any sounds of them attemping to lock and unlock.

Also the Keyless entry will not lock/unlock them.

Where do I start? which fuse? is there a relay to check or?

not sure if its related but my battery is also dying from something drawing power while the truck is turned off.

Thanks.

Welcome to the Tahoe forum.

After a fuse check, you'll need to check to see if you're getting 12V to the lock switches. If not, might be a broken wire in the conduit between the body and the door.

Was a little too cold to pull the door panels off today, but i checked the fuses and they were fine.

Had it running for a bit and the locks were randomly working, but then the gauges were jumping around.(so locks inside the doors must be ok?) Turned the truck off and back on then went back to normal gauges and no power locks...

Still got no remote start/keyless as well as battery draining...I'm totally puzzled but not ready to take it to shop yet.

HELP!

have you tried disconnecting the battery for several minutes and see if everything resets, might try checking your battery , if you getting weird things happing something may be up with the electrical system.

If you have power mirrors, change that fuse as well.

And most of us will try to get help to everyone forum-wide.
