Good Evening All,

We purchased 2023 Tahoe and when we bought it, the door sill lights would light up when the doors were open and now the door sill light are not working. It is the sill on the floor that say "High Country; the silver plate"

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it, or is it a glitch and I have to take to the dealership. I don't have an option on my vehicle setting for a door sill lights.

Please advise.

 

it might be tied to the dome lights. If all your switches are correct according to the owner's manual, then let the dealer fix it.
