Default Driving me crazy!!! Help please!

1995 Chevrolet Suburban K1500
5.7 350 with 205k on it.
I have had for a long time a issuer with the engine speed going erratic and losing power. It acts I,e a throttle position sensor problems because it happens based on where I have the throttle. I have however replaced that sensor twice. Here is a video of what it is doing. Not the best. It you can see it.

Surging idle issues Chevy 350 - YouTube

A list of what I changed

IAC
TPS
COOLANT TEMP SENSOR
PLUGS
WIRES
CAP
ROTOR
DISTRIBUTOR
COIL
PICKUP COIL
FUEL FILTER
AIR FILTER

injectors look good
Fuel pressure sensor is good
Haven't checked vac leak because it isn't a constant problem. If leaking vac wouldn't it be constant? I'm completely lost any help is appreciated. Been driving a cavalier while this is down and I hate it. I need my car back. Thank you so much, Spencer

wow. um ok how do you know the mileage on it? dash seems to read 180k.

first off sounds like a heck of a exhaust leak. I wonder if you've got backpressure problems, os sensors not reading right and trying to change things.

you say thats at idle, but mention on the vid that you held the throttle in the same position except for the end of the video.
:
I guess I'm confused.

Dash reads 180 because the gauge cluster died and I replaced it. I have the difference between the two written down in the suburban and right now it's around 205k on it.
Yes there is a bad exhaust leak this was like this for a year and a half the same way before it started acting up so I didn't look into that causing me problems. It happens at idle and when driving, more though when driving. I posted the video for someone to look at and they asked me to title it that way.
