Unhappy DRL bulbs

I have a 2011 chevy tahoe.. I changed the DRL bulbs, and still dont work.. I checked the fuse ... Fuse us good.. Any way to find the problem?

Welcome to the forum...
Check all fuses, as some circuits can be supplied but multiple sources
Is the head lamp switch in the Auto mode
Do the low beams work
Is the ambient light sensor (dome) on the dash covered up
Check them with parking brake on and off

did you purchase pre-owned...i think theres a way to turn them off completely which might be what the previous owner did.

Check for voltage at the sockets with a meter. I had to replace mine because they were damaged because of the heat generated by these lights.

Customarily those are 37W lamps, do you have brighter ones in there ?
