Default Dual camera with Nav. unit

I installed a nav unit with a aftermarket backup camera. I would like to mount another camera inside of the truck. I installed the plug for the vss,etc from jp customs which put the output for the one camera.

Question is can you make this unit work with another camera was well? I remember reading about it but I can't find the thread.

Also this unit is the DVD model. does the unit have outputs for the dvd system on the back as well? for a monitor

Hope that made sense []

I am just an normal guy and I think understood... How many AV inputs do you have on that unit..? You should be able toswitch AV1 / AV2 for the two cameras.. My bud has a Kenwood Ddin w/ 2 cams. Back up camand a camin theback seat... Easy boys... its to watch the baby You unit should also have Video outputs - 1 or 2....This will allow you to send the source vidoe to other monitors...
I am sure the guys will want to know which unit you have before they dive too deep...

You can add second camera. on 07 gets a little tricky and sometimes expensive. but it's been done.
as far as audio/video out from Your factory DVD, was done as well. basicaly I was able to duplicate factory RSE option, and was even able to use factory remote control. cost me about $200 for some extra parts. but worked just like a factory one

Have you seen the latest version of the GMLockPick? Not sure if it will work with the aftermarket camera though.

Do you have a link to another company besides coastal for the lockpick? They are horrible.
