Yes I only use one 02 sensor that is all you need! And put it on your driverside header! Try to look for some headers with an 02 sensor bung welded in them!

Seems like w/ one O2 sensor on the driver's side and if something goes haywire on the psgr side, the ECM will try to correct the mixture to no avail and who knows what will happen then. Best to put where it will see both banks IMO.

I have run 1 sensor on true duals for 3 years with no bad side effects, I left mine on the passenger side near it's original location.
