Default Electrical issue on Suburban

I have a 1996 suburban. I recently hit a deer on the front driver side, busted the headlight and turn signal. I replaced them both and now when I turn my turn signal on, the dash lights blink, when the head lights are on, i get a buzz sound when i turn the signal lights on. I have replaced the headlight, both turn signal bulbs and the turn signal sockets. the fuse in position 3 (controls inside lights, power mirrors) is blown and when i replace it, it still blows. The blown fuse happened at the same time as hitting the deer. I checked the wiring for shorts at the turn signals and they are in good shape. Any suggestions on where to look next?

thanks

You have a short. Check all the wiring not only for the turn signal but also for the headlights, parking lights and what ever else is in the headlight assembly.
