Default electronic seats fuse

My manual for the 2005 Suburban states that there is a fuse box below the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel. I sure can't find it. My seat is stuck in position for my 5'1" wife instead me, and I'm tired of driving her car. Neither seat is working at all (butt warmer, tilt, etc).

Any help for a non-mechanic would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
