Default Engine hesitation during startup

For the past few days I have been noticing that after starting my Tahoe that engine struggles a little bit to stay on. It lasts for about 20 to 30 seconds then goes away on it's own. It will also go away if I rev up the engine a few times.

It is also especially bad if I put it in gear and take off, it sounds like the engine is going to die and bogs really bad.

I was going to plan on hooking up my hptuners and pulling data from the idle and see what might be up. Nothing has changed on my Tahoe other than some tuning.

I was wondering if anyone might have experienced the same problems, and if there was a remedy.

Thanks
