Default Entertainment system ~ Not Working

I have a 2011 Surburban LTZ, and the entertainment system is not powering up. Upon starting my vehicle, there is only a blank screen. No sound, no navigation ,no power, no rear camera, it's totally dead. I also checked the fuse (#16 accessories) and it is fine. Does anyone have any knowledge on this type of problem. Please advise....Thanks!

have you pushed the power/volume button? sorry may be obvious but possible that your screen was turned off under the menu? other than that no clue - hope you have a dealer close to fix or replace it

My first question is do you have a lock pick? If not, then skip ahead. However, if you do, that could very well be your problem. I can clarify on this if that is the case.

The fuse you should be looking at, I believe is fuse #41 located in the "under the hood" fuse block. That is the "Audio System" fuse. You can confirm this in your manual.
