Face gauge

I recently added a white face gauge did everthing that it said right down to even putting the needles back where they belong and now I can't get my speedometer to work right it won't move till I get up to about fifty maybe. I was wondering if there is a way to fix it.

you pressed on your needle to hard pull up on it a little that should solve your problem .....also did you peel off your stock gauge before you applied the new one?

Thanks guys I tried it got it to work now it maybe a few off but it works and also the company said that it did not require to take off the black face just over lap it. But it works now so thanks guys.
