#5 is the resistor, and you see it is close proximity to the housing for the blower motor fan. 2 4mm screws and it comes right out.

nah, when they are too big they mess up the parameters of the page so someone resized them.

Oh I just noticed someone changed them, diabolical! I dont know what that was about.
