yeah i removed it it was easy just pull it off or use fishing wire to go behind it and go back and forth to remove the molding then just use goo off or if you have the meguires eraser wheel that works great too.
then just let me know i can get you the escalade molding at a great price

I believe the kit he is referencing is a full GM replacement kit.

However, all I got to say for the gauge and steering wheel wood kits is "THATS A LOT OF WOOD!"

you figure there is 12-15 pieces each of them needs to be dipped in the new wood (this is not a factory color wood this is called blackwood)+the center console is not from the standard suv's it from a denali + the quality is #1 this kit is normally priced around $1800-$2000

the kit i have in my range rover was over $3000 i guess when you want quality you have to pay for it

I accidently put this message on the wrong post earlier while replying from my cell! This message was in reqards to the wood trim.

"That's a lot of money. Seems like even more money when its nasty looking. IMO that shi* is fugly! There was a guy on this forum that had reasonable prices and could get different shades. They were also OEM parts recoated. If you search you should find his info."

thats what this kit is factory pieces dipped to get this look all the pieces NOT including the wheel or the denali cup holder pieces is $600 + the wheel 450 +the factory pieces of the denali cup holder area$150 +the core fee that you get back after sending it back and that how you get to $1500+

so you could break up the kit and just buy the dash pieces and spend only $600
but when its all done even with the wheel it looks 100% classy
