Default flashing brake light code, now NO brakes!

kinda late 2 b asking this, but..... does anyone know what the codes for the dash brake light are? because i just got home after trying 2 go 2 work this morning, it seems a code being flashed 2 me (for the past 6 weeks, i think) was a warning (DUH!!!) that there was something wrong with the braking system-my master cylinder failed about a hour ago. the cobe was (4) short flashes (1/2 second flash), followed by (1) long flash (a full second) OR it was (1) long flash, followed by (4) short flashes-can't really remember (this is what happens when we just keep saying, "yup, i've got 2 look at that tommorow.......". now the light is on steady so i can't see what the code sequence was. anyone have any idea's?
