Here is a post from ZX back on 9/14/06 about the fog lights for a 07. I know of no factory kit available, just separate parts. The switch is located below the round button that dims the dash lights and am assuming it would replace the dimmer switch and the dome light switch above it. The fog light switch looks just like the dome light switch only reversed to match.
GM Parts Direct currently lists the parts for: $65.42 ea, $42.52 & $9.14 ea

The part # for the fog-light assembly is 15839896 you will need two of them and they retail for $87.98 apiece.
The dash switch is part # 15096896 and it runs $60
There are also two wire harness extensions that you need for each fog-light unit (X2) part #15789984 and they go for $10 each.

And don't ask me why GM does what it does. They're like a woman; as soon as you think that you got em all figured out they go and change everything just to spite you.

Forum member Seneca posted a "how to" that I followed for my 08 LS. Read this thread I think Seneca's pictures and instructions are on some of the last pages. https://chevroletforum.com/m_22040/tm.htm

There is a fog light kit availabel. I have done a few. They consist of a new switch and 2 new fog lights with bulbs and the harness that goes from the underhood fuse box to the fog lights. The kit gets ground for the fog lights at the ground bolt under driver at the frame. I will try and get the part number tomorrow. I know it is cheaper to buy the kit, than to piece each individual part.

I called my dealer today they gave me a part number for a fog light kit #19157652 for $191.25, but he could not tell me what was in the kit. GM acc. catolog shows a picture of2 lights and a switch. Has anyone used this kit? Does it come with wires needed? Mountingbrackets and hardware? Do the lights have the brackets built on?

Kit comes complete with light, bulbs, harness, switch and zip ties. You will have to connect the fog light to the under hood fuse box. The kit arleady has the terminal on the wire and a ground terminal. The ground terminal goes under the front drivers door at the ground splice on the frame by the body bolt.
