I have a 02 burban LT 1500 4X4. I have to replace either the left or right side. I have my tools ready to do the work. I've been reading reviews and I'm not sure which brand to go with or vender. I haven't tried gmpartsdirect. Can anyone give me the part number? I'm figuring I should get it from them instead of the online vendors and the local parts stores.Thanks for the help.

 

Can't go wrong with genuine GM or ACDelco parts. Online GM parts vendors are actually online arm of real dealership parts counters. The only thing is, the Suburban can have different suspension options and thus, if you get the wrong part, it's going to cost you shipping, often both ways. I don't know about gmpartsdirect but I usually see if I can talk to a real person when in doubt. Make sure you have your VIN handy.
