So, to get this straight, when you start up, you have pressure but then when it starts, the pressure drops and the engine stalls? I don't understand " bleed the gas from the press Gage the pressure goes up and truck works ok".
When you try to start, the BCM gives the fuel pump relay an on command for a couple of seconds to pressurize the fuel system and shuts off the command. When the engine starts, it uses this residual pressure to run UNTIL the oil pressure switch turns on and then energizes the fuel pump relay to keep fuel pressure to keep the engine running. I wonder if you have a bad connection on the oil pressure switch or a bad oil pressure switch. No telling what was disturbed when the transmission was rebuilt.

Out of all the gens of the suburban the fuel pumps need to be replaced by or around 100k.
As for fan disconnect battery again and reconnect see if that works. Might have to replace fuse, or just drive it awhile.
