My 2000 suburban 6.0 the fuel pressure regulator was just replaced with a Delphi it a make a buzzing noise that coming from the regulator. I pull the vacuum hose it stops This is the second regulator I try ed both the same noise.

 

maybe check the fuel pressure. are the fuel trims readings high?

 

Strange,put finger on vacuum line while running,is vacuum fluctuating?
