Default Gas gauge reading 25% high
My 03 Z71 gas gauge reads 25% high regardless of fuel level (25 gallon tank linear off by 25%). Asking for comments to correct this, thanks!

I'd take it down some road that can really bounce the float in the tank, and bounce the hell out of it. Could just be stuck. And besides, I'm cheap!

It's likely the sending unit, of course. I sure hate dropping gas tanks just to pull the pump out. Not fun, if you have a full tank. Way too heavy.

My old memory says wasn't there an issue with older sending units being affected by E10 gas after a while.
