Not real sure, but the customer service guy at GM told me to tell the guys at the dealership to do this HVAC (A/C-Heat) enhancement. Some sorta software programing thing. It was done but I see no difference and they said I would not be able to tell anything was different. It's not a recall but rather a service bulletin. I will post the # when I return to the office on Monday. I have it in some notes on my desk.....

is everyone having these problems or is this a special case. im looking to get navi for my truck. i always wanted an oem look but i would go to aftermarket if it would be better. what do u guys think?

I am the only one that I know of. I have checked the forum on Edmunds and no one there seemed to have that same problem. As you read, mine was due to memory failure. Since corrected with a replacement under the warranty naturally. Now you can unlock the schrolling features on the go with an aftermarket add on.
