Ham Radio Installation
Ok,Ok. I know this will rank right down there with least read . But I am looking for some pics of your Ham radio installations that are "Suburban lover sensitive" . The mobile radio sites I've found are all about the RADIO, DID YOU NOTICE MY RADIO ? I thought I'd come here to ask for some pics from guys who like their SUBURBAN first, and might have a 2 meter ( or xxx) set up in the cab that doesn't overwhelm.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Wish I could help out, but I just got a Tahoe and didn't want to mess up the dash installing my FT-857D, so I traded it for a VX-8R handheld.
I guess I could give you a picture of my HT sitting on my Tahoe.

Matthew-
You have solved my problem, by not posting a picture. That is SOOO Zen.
Don't chop the car to fit the radio. Upgrade the radio to fit the car. Duh. I should have been able to see that, but didn't. BTW, any radio that can tell me when my tires are low is my kind of radio--that is some piece of technology!
Thanks.
