Default Headrest Screens

Does anyone know if you can just hook up extra screens to your factory DVD player? I already have a factory installed one on the ceiling but want to hook up 2 more in the head rest.

I have the factory screens tied into the factory overhead. I do have an aftermarket head unit, but the headrests are tied into the factory overhead, so the stock headphones will work. I got the wiring from GM geek on this forum and he helped the stereo shop make it happen.

Question from the new guy: How did you tie the new head unit into the rearfactory monitor. I am going nuts trying to find an adapter for my pioneer d3
