we have a 2009 Suburban LT. The heated seats come on for about 2 mins then shut off when we press the button for just the back. The bottom of the seat warms but not the back when we press the button for both top and bottom. This happens on both the drivers side and the passager side. Has anyone ever had this kind of problem?

 

mine didn't work for almost 3weeks while the dealer was ordering the wrong parts.


take it in, it's under warrenty, right?

 

Just passed 36,000 mile warranty. Don't know if its covered.

 

mine in my 09 stopped working at 30k

i'd bitch all over that till they fixed it.
