height from floor outside to front seat for disabled person, help please?
Hey All, we have someone with disability issues and we will be renting a suburban we trying to work out if its feasible for them to pull themselves up and in to seat. All depends on the height from the floor outside to the actual seat surface. Can anyone kindly measure us in inches from floor to the seat please? Not sure if there is a big difference by age but we guess the rental will be 21/22 models? any help really appreciated! PS. I'm in the UK so cannot do this ourselves in case you were wondering why I didn't just go to a dealer - thanks very much in advance.

I am a caregiver to the elderly with a 2003 tahoe. My lady is 89, rides in a wheelchair when we go out but can stand and step a little. I keep a plastic folding step stool in the vehicle. It fits neatly between the outside of the seat and the upright(between front and rear passenger door). This had been a wonderful help, it is not always easy to find a nice curb to park beside.
