!!!HELP!!! 1980 suburban

hey guy as you can see im new to this forum and i have a 1980 suburban and i need help gaining torque/fuel efficancy.
please help me asap thanks

Welcome to the forum.

A good tune-up w/ OEM parts always helps. Of course a BBC wouldn't be bad either.

well more details would be nice. what motor, what mileage, what trans, gears etc...

hows the overall running condition of the burban?
