Default Help - 2009 Suburban LT Z71 Purchase

Looking for any advice regarding a 2009 Suburban LT Z71 - it has 176,000 - appears to be well cared for, car fax shows a consistent service pattern over the two owners.

I was just looking things up and learned there are oil consumption issues and then concerns about the active fuel management system.

I am looking to pay $13500 for it and really don't want to get caught with additional repairs.

I live in Minnesota so trying to find a suburban in my price range with little to no rust is extremely hard. This suburban spent most of its like in north western Colorado. Based upon photos it looks extremely clean.

Any advice that can be shared to help me decide if its worth buying or not based upon what I have shared would be much appreicated.
