Tahoe & Suburban The power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.

Default Help, everything seems to have gone wrong at once

I was driving my 2003 suburban 1500 home from camping when all of a sudden everything seemed to go wrong at once. About 10 minutes from home I lost all my power, speedo dropped off, tach dropped off, abs light came on and the service brake system light came on. All this happened at the same time. And as soon as I lost my power and the Speedo and tach dropped off they came back to normal like nothing ever happened. Abs light and service brake light are steady. Every mile or so often i lose power and speedo and tach for just a split second and sometime but not always my door locks cycle. The other thing i notice is my range and gas milage drop down getting worse and worse despite a constant 1/2 tank (accurate) reading.

My only guess is that my PCM just took a huge dump. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Check your battery ground.
