Default help please power steering went out

ok so i was making a u turn and all of a sudden i heard a loud squeal and then lost my steering in the turn. pulled over belt was still on fluid was fine. took the belt off a ps pulley fell off lol. so i replaced the pump and now im getting the worst squeal ever. at start up no squeal but as soon as i give the car gas it squeals and doesnt stop. i doubled checked everything i did and everything seems fine. if i spray some belt dressing on it will go away but as soon as i give it gas same thing. also if u turn the wheels it kind of goes away. also i spun all the pulleys with belt off nothing making noise. i really need help this is my daily driver and there was no squeal b4 i changed the pump. its a 99 tahoe 4wd 5.7 thanks

X2 on a new belt. Double check the routing is correct.

Tony: Welcome to the forum.

Make sure the belt is tightened properly.
