Default HID's for DRL's

Is it possible to run HIDs as my DRLs? I am worried about there being to much heat. Just curious if anyone has tried it.

Since they run only in the daylight, I dont see why anyone would do that, unless your just out for looks. I dont see why they would not work, just get the proper wattage.

Yeah I just wanted them for looks. I just wanted a bright white DRL as oppose to a yellowish DRL.

Check with http://www.hidextra.com/ to see if they have a kit that would fit.
