How do I remove front bumper on 94 Suburban?

How do I remove front bumper on 94 Suburban?
My 94 Suburban was in a minor wreck and I need to remove the front bumper because one end is bent in towards the tire. How many bolts hold it on? I see a couple that look like 18mm's on each side. will there be anything like a shock absorber in there to be careful of?
