It sounds like you need a new transmission. Fluid was black and smelled burnt is the key here. Did it get worse when you put in new fluid? There is no sensor in the world that will fix this. It is black because that is all the friction material in the fluid. It smells burnt because the clutches are burnt up.

In Ukraine, hard to get automatic gearbox for the American car,If this works out it will be very expensive...
