Hello. We're on our second Suburban with nav. The first was great. Everything on the second has been great EXCEPT THE NAV. It makes the most annoying sound whether the navigation system is in use or not...like a barking/chirping noise! I've had it in service several times, complained to corporate, only to be told there's nothing that can be done to fix it. It is a DEFECT, plain and simple. Is anyone else having this issue?

 

Is the suburban out of warranty? They can't replace the unit?

 

GM does tech the same way IBM makes lawnmowers.

If you're under warranty bitch louder and louder until it's replaced.
