Tahoe & Suburban The power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.

Could be wrong, but in my opinion, it looks to be an '01-'02 vintage - can't tell clearly, but it doesn't look like it has either antenna (XM/phone/GPS?) on the front of the roof, over the driver and passenger. My '01 Sub didn't have either, and my '03 does have both.

I agree, just thought the OP was a bit snarky but maybe not.

Thought maybe Elizabeth would have access to when the DRLs switched.

InvestiGator169: Might PM Elizabeth about the DRL question. Edit: Sent her a PM.

I doubt it. She only offers input as to if you went to a Chevrolet dealer or not. Not very helpful.

The change was made with the new body style Suburban in 2000. To me the vehicle looks to be a 2000-2001.

Could the DLR's be disabled and they are driving with the parking lights on. I not sure, but was there a time when DRL's were near the turn signals? The antenna would make me guess it is an 03'...

I would think that a "detective" would use REAL recourses instead of coming on to a forum and quite frankly to me it sounds pretty stupid. Does he not have any "detective" friends that can help him with this. I would hate for him to be working on my case sounds like a rookie.

Well, I'll give the OP credit for using the internet to investigate criminal activity. That is commendable, as far too often law enforcement investigators don't bother to avail themselves of modern technology. Notwithstanding some critical comments from a few members, I find this forum a valid source of information for anyone. It has helped me diagnose problems with my 2003 Suburban, and I thank you all.
