Default Inner door panel removal

I just bought a 1999 Tahoe LT. I need to replace the passenger side heated mirror and the driver side outer door handle. How is the inner door panel removed without damaging it?
Thank you for your help.

I know this is old and has never been responded to, but I need to take my rear inner door panels off my 2000 suburban. I can only find one screw in the bottom. Anyone have any hints?
