Default installation of carseats

I have a 2010 chevy suburban LT. Leather seats etc. There is only latch in 2 spots. One of my kids is to heavy for latch so we went to put her in a seatbelt. But, the seatbelts are in a leather pouch making them forward of the seat crease. My carseat manual states that i cannot install a carseat using the lapbelt if they are forward of the seat crease. There are only two latch tethers in the suburban. I have 3 kids....how al carseats i suppose to install carseats not using the latch? Has anyone ran into this problem?? If i tighten the seat as tight as i am suppose to, it will rip this leather pouch...

We drilled through the floor and installed D-rings.

Prolly not what you want to hear if you feel like good looking is more important than kids safety.

Most car seats come w/ a strap that goes over the back of the seat and attaches to something on the lower back of the seat. That coupled w/ the seat belts anchors the seat. But I never had any seats that connected to the LATCH anchors. Maybe they don't come w/ the backstrap.
