07 Suburban 160,000 miles, I replaced the battery a couple of months ago. I have been getting a sporadic battery light in the instrument cluster, has happened maybe 3 or 4 times since the battery was replaced. No other indication of a charging issue as volt gauge remains above 14 volts when it happens. Will clear on its own or after a restart. No stored codes found.

Having related issues on my 1991 van G20.

Battery, alternator, or the relay/regulator inside the alterntor could be bad.
If all those three work perfect... Then it could be a bad connection.
