The TPMS (and maybe the FOB ) is part of the passenger door module (PDM). It's listed in the fuse descriptions but it's not to be found in the picture of the fuses.
Maybe this will give you a place to start. It took forever to find which section/page had the TPMS schematic.

Can I revive this thread and see if we can get any further input on this. I would love to be able to use my FOBS and also get rid of the TPMS error message

any help much appreciated

Did you have any luck finding the PDM fuse in the left I/P fuse block?
Looks like it's under the "Driver Unlock" relay.
If the fuse is OK the next step I'd take would be to check the connections at the module.
Check for 12V power on pin 14 (orange wire) of the black 26 pin connector.
Do the passenger door lock/unlock switches work? If not then maybe the PDM has gone bad.
