Default Keyless entry disabled?

Its been a couple days now... my 07 Tahoe LTZ doesn't unlock when I press the keyless remote. I thought the remote battery suddenly died.

I now have to use the real key and manually unlock it. Soon as I open the door, the keyless remote works. It unlocks and locks no problem.

After I get to my destination, I'll hit lock and it locks.

Come back 2 minutes later and it won't unlock at all. None of the buttons work. Not until after I manually unlock it that is.

Never realized how much I use the keyless!

Anybody experience a problem like this?
Did I disable the key entry accidently?
